Product Installation Instructions:
Remove the car DVR lens protect Plastic film.
lnsert the TF card to dash cam’s card slot.
Adjust the camera position to get the best shooting range.
Attach the dash cam to the windshield of the car with a bracket.
Connect the DC power/USB interface of the dash cam to the car cigarette l ighter by the power cable.
Check if the product is installed correctly, then start the car engine.
Attentions:
Please notice the direction of inserting the TF card, it may damage the machine and the TF card if reverse inserting.
When you insert the TF card into the machine, the machine will set the TF card as the default storage device, the original TF card data may not be read.
If your TF card and the machine is not compatible, please insert it again or change another card, the best way is choosing our original TF card.
Please use CLASS 10 TF card and above.

The FAQ about Car DVR:
Q: Why my dash camera indicate “SD card Full”?
A: 1) Please check if your memory card is original brand high-speed Class 10 memory card, if you use some copy card like Class 4 or Class 6, it will indicate SD card full because it is not compatible. (note please: DVR max support only 32GB card)
2) Please check your DVR MENU settings if you have open on Loop Recording this function already? You must open Loop Recording this function the previous video can be overwritten.
3) Please check your DVR MENU settings if you have turned off G-Sensor this function already at the same time? If G-Sensor is on, the file will be protected that cannot be overwritten, so the SD card will be full.
4) You must format to clear up your memory card file by hand at least 2~3 times within a month because the memory card inside will have some locked file that happens while driving at some emergency time, but this locked files cannot be overwritten automatically. You must delete them by hand.

Q: Why my dash camera record only around 10 seconds?

A: Please check if you have turned on Motion Detect this function already? If Motion detect is on in video mode, once no movement in front, DVR will pause recording after 10s. Once any movement in front DVR again, this function can make DVR detect this motion then continue recording again.

Q: Why my car DVR has a squeak or some other sound problem?

A: Normally if your DVR camera have squeak sound that should be the inside electricity current not stable, please check if you use USB cable connect computer or some home charger adapter do recharging on this DVR, it is not ok, because this DVR camera can only be recharged with car charger, USB cable can not transfer enough electricity current. Please use our original car charger inside your car to do recharge.
If with car charger still have the sound problem, that should be the car charger do not compatible with your car current, please contact our service line do charger replace for you.

Q: Why my car DVR auto on & off continuously?

A: Please check first if your DVR camera MENU settings open on Parking Monitor and G-Sensor this 2 function already? Normally if Parking Monitor is on the DVR will go to Parking Monitor mode, in this mode status, car DVR will auto on once detect any touch or shake, then it will auto off if while no touch. So it will auto on & off continuously.
G-Sensor this function also will lock this status video file to avoid no overwrite then it can keep as Parking evidence. Please turn off this 2 function in MENU settings then try again.
At the same time, please turn off Motion Detect this function in MENU settings also, because if Motion Detect is on, it will auto go to the recording once have any movement in front.

Q: Why my Car DVR card cannot be read?

A: Please check if your memory card is original brand high-speed Class 10 memory card, if you use some copy card like Class 4 or Class 6, it will indicate SD card full because it is not compatible.
Please check if your memory card is 8GB,16GB or 32GB, this DVR max support only 32GB card, it can not read 64GB card.

Q: Why my car DVR always freeze while recording?

A: Please check if your memory card is original brand high-speed Class 10 memory card, if you use some copy card like Class 4 or Class 6, it will indicate SD card full because it is not compatible will happen freeze while recording.

Q: Why my car DVR can last working maybe only around 2~3 minutes?

A: Because this dash camera is used for car, when it is being designed, inside only have a very small space put for battery, most car DVR inside battery very very small size, then you can know the battery capacity very small, normally you have to recharge the DVR with your car charger to make it work properly. If no recharging, it can only last working around 2~3 minutes. Please note that you must use the original car charger in the product package, If you use other chargers causing the product stop work, we do not bear any responsibility, please understand.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
